Hotel Reservations

Limited rooms have been blocked and will be held until Tuesday July 15th at Seven Feathers Casino Resort. Please make reservations early to ensure the discounted rate of ($110 single/double, $115 triple, $120 quad) per night Monday - Thursday not including tax and fees. Please mention Umpqua Valley Lumber Association to receive discounted rates. You must call reservations to get the group rate. Reserving online is not an option.

Weather

August in Southern Oregon can get hot with temperatures ranging from 85-95 degrees or higher, but as always in Oregon be prepared for rain. We recommend summer attire with a light jacket for the evenings.

Closed-toe shoes and jeans/pants are required for mill tours.

A jacket/windbreaker/sweatshirt is recommended for the Jet Boat ride. It cools down on the way back and you will get wet.

At the vineyard dinner, we encourage business casual/light summer attire.

No cancellations will be accepted.

Bus loading for all activities will be at the main casino entrance of Seven Feathers.

From I-5 North, take exit 124. Turn left on Harvard Ave to Old Melrose Rd. Take a left onto Melrose Rd then turn right on Melqua at the Melrose Country Store. Continue on Melqua Rd for .8 mile and Melrose Vineyards is on the right.

Bar Run Golf Course:

From I-5 North, take exit 124. Turn right on Harvard Ave to Old Melrose Rd. Take a right from Old Melrose Rd onto Melrose Rd then a left onto Shady Dr. Continue on Shady Dr for .8 mile and Bar Run Golf Course will be on the left.
