bAR RUN GOLF HORSE RACE

4:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M

• Bus loads at Seven Feathers Casino Entrance at 3:15 p.m. departing at 3:30 p.m.

• Betting Starts at 4:00 PM and Tee off at 5:00 PM

• Please bring your own clubs; rentals are not available.

• 4- Person teams will be selected by officiants and all teams will play the first hole as a warm-up

• BBQ style dinner and beer provided.  Spirits for purchase.

Please take this detour route to Bar Run due to road closure:

From I-5 North, take exit 124. Turn right on Harvard Ave to Old Melrose Rd. Take a right from Old Melrose Rd onto Melrose Rd then a left onto Shady Dr. Continue on Shady Dr for .8 mile and Bar Run Golf Course will be on the left.

Hellgate JetBoat Excursion

2:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m

• Bus loads at Seven Feathers Casino Entrance at 2:00 p.m. departing at 2:15 p.m.

• Arrive at Jetboats at 3:10 p.m. in Grants Pass, drinks at Taprock at 3:15 p.m. and then board boats at 4:15 p.m.

• Dinner Included at The OK Corral with complimentary beer and wine

Complimentary Networking Breakfast & Bloody mary bar

7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Check-In will begin at 6:45 A.M.  Breakfast will be held at Seven Feathers in the Birch/Cedar Room.  Please note this is a new location than previous years and is located towards the back of the casino.  Please join the mill sales representatives for a buffet-style breakfast being served until 8:45 a.m. Bloody Mary Bar sponsored by Thomas & Sons.

Vineyard Dinner Buffet

Cocktail Hour 5:30 p.m. Dinner 6:30 p.m.

Dinner will be held at Melrose Vineyard in Roseburg, approximately 40 minutes North of the casino. Two shuttle buses will load from Seven Feathers Casino entrance at 4:30 p.m. and depart promptly at 4:45 p.m. Buses will return to Seven Feathers at 8:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m.

18 hole Golf Tournament at the BAR RUN GOLF Club

8:00 a.m. Registration with 9:00 a.m. Tee off - Shotgun Start

• 4 team scramble including golf cart, lunch, refreshments and cash prizes.

• Please bring your own clubs; rentals are not available.

• Transportation is not provided to the golf course

• This is a newly designed course by Dan Hixson with RV spots available for UVLA members at $65 per night.
